Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop trading companies, factories and overseas customers through the Internet, email and telephone channels;
2. Responsible for the follow-up and maintenance of customers, handle customer inquiries and orders in a timely manner, and dock with suppliers. Achieve performance targets to improve sales and customer satisfaction;
3. Based on the accurate grasp of customer needs, provide customers with suitable e-commerce logistics solutions.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, major in international trade, logistics management or English;
2. Experience is not limited, freight forwarding related industry experience is preferred;
3. Familiar with office operation software, proficient in English speaking and writing;
4. Have good business skills in communicating and negotiating with customers;
5. Enterprising and responsible, able to work under pressure, strong sense of teamwork and collective honor.
Salary and welfare:
1. Salary negotiable or telephone consultation;
2. According to the national holidays, 9 to 6 5.5 days
